General Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the car rental company’s terms and conditions.
Vev Travels acts as a booking platform and does not control final refund approvals.
We recommend reviewing the car rental provider’s refund/cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
Refund Process
After receiving your cancellation request, we will forward it to the relevant car rental provider for processing.
The timing and approval of the refund are subject to the rental company's refund policy.
Approved refunds may take 5–90 business days to reflect, depending on the provider and your payment method.
Vev Travels is not responsible for delays from rental agencies or financial institutions.
Refund Service Fees
A nominal processing fee may apply for handling refund requests with car rental partners.
This fee is only charged if the refund is approved by the car rental company.
If the refund is denied, the processing fee will be waived; however, the original booking fee remains non-refundable.
Car Rental Refund Conditions
- Most providers allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the pickup time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full rental charges with no refund.
- Modifications to the booking may change refund eligibility based on the rental company’s policy.
